Enrollment Information
Though WCS abides by its non-discriminatory policy, decisions made by the school regarding the acceptance of students must consider a number of other factors. Some of those considerations include the current size of the class, the child’s desire to be at WCS and commitment to abide by the school’s expectations, grade readiness, the student’s academic and behavioral record, and parental agreement with the Parent Pledge.

goforwcs@yahoo.com if you wish an Application Packet, a personal appointment and tour, or additional information. Please note the following application procedure.
Grades K-4
• Application fully completed with accompanying report cards and previous achievement testing results as requested.
• Application Fee enclosed. (non-refundable)
• Testing scheduled by Westside Christian School to help determine grade readiness.
• Family interview with the Principal after testing.
• Administrative decision re: acceptance status conveyed to parents.
Upon Acceptance and Before Attendance • Final enrollment papers.
• Student Medical History form.
• Physical Exam report no older than 1 year from the first day of attendance.
• Emergency Contact Information (yearly, or more often if changes occur).
• Health & Fitness Informed Consent Questionnaire (yearly for physical activities).
• Birth Certificate.
• Proof of required immunizations.
• Custody papers, if applicable.
• Financial arrangements approved, including tuition payments current.
NOTE: Additional items that accompany a Kindergarten application in order to begin processing.
• Birth Certificate to validate age, etc. (5 years of age on or before August 1).
• Proof of Required Immunizations to date. Prior to attendance, proof of full compliance with all required immunizations must be submitted if this initial report with the application does not reflect the changes.
